Aqidah is the very cornerstone of the Sacred Sciences - the Science of belief.
Often described as Islamic theology, it is a subject that fundamentally deals with all that a Muslim confirms with their minds, believes with their hearts, and surrenders to with their limbs.
Quranic verses and Prophetic statements provide us with the 6 articles of faith: Belief in God, His Angels, His Books, His Messengers, the Day of Resurrection, and Divine Destiny. It is the knowledge of these 6 articles which underpins the structure of this course.
Most importantly, this course allows us to understand what it really means to be Muslim and connects us to a community that has existed for over 1400 years.
